Screen Painter

Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.

The Screen Painter enables you to paint character-based screens that are intuitive and easy to use. You first paint the fields, and then specify field names, field attribute and edit criteria, and generation parameters. The AMB Generators retrieve this screen information from your project to produce native screen source code. Using the Screen Painter, you can:

Define screen attributes
Design a screen
Paint fields
Test screen behavior
Create an application model to prototype screens
Set generation options
