LOG

Note: Supported by all mfims imsdbu functions.

Syntax:

Parameters:

filespec: The name and location of the file to use as the IMSDBU activity log. filespec can include a drive and/or directory if required. If you do not specify a drive or directory, the listing is placed in the current directory.

LOG(IMSDBU.LOG)

Comments:

The activity log shows the ending message status for each function.

Specifying NOLOG suppresses the log file output.

The log file is created if it does not exist. The log file is historical. The most recent entries are written to the end of the file. This file grows in size and might require deletion periodically.
