BMSCH1082E PICIN/PICOUT picture clause invalid with specified MODE

A PICIN picture has been specified for a field in a MODE=OUT mapset or a PICOUT picture has been specified for a field in a MODE=IN mapset.

Resolution:

If MODE=IN (and this is correct), move the offending PICOUT picture clause to PICIN (or delete it).

If MODE=OUT (and this is correct), move the offending PICIN picture clause to PICOUT (or delete it).

If the MODE is set incorrectly, change the Mode setting on the General page of the Mapset Properties dialog box.
