JBoss 7.1 CICS IBM ECI Resource Adapter Configuration

Describes the steps required to install and configure the JBoss 7.1 CICS IBM ECI resource adapter.

Copy the mf-ibm-cics-notx-jb71.rar file, located by default in the %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Micro Focus\Enterprise Developer\bin directory, to the standalone\deployments directory of your JBoss installation.

Add the following code as a first-level child to the <profile> element in the JBoss standalone.xml file, usually located in the standalone\configuration directory of your JBoss installation:

In the standalone.xml file, edit the <archive-validation> element (child element of <subsystem xmlns="urn:jboss:domain:jca:1.1">) to read as follows:
