Edit the MSS-enabled Enterprise Server

In Server Explorer, right-click Micro Focus Servers and choose Administration from the context menu.

The Enterprise Server Administration page appears.

Click Edit on the row for JCLDEMO.

This opens the Server > Properties > General page.

It is useful to have the character-mode console daemon window showing when the JCLDEMO region is running, so select Show Local Console.

In the Configuration Information field type the following to create an environment variable for the path to the project directory:

[ES-Environment]
JCLPROJ=c:\tutorials\jcl

You will create the required project at this location later in the tutorial.

Click OK.
