Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar
Instead of menus, Content Manager has a ribbon that displays tabs with groups of commands. You can modify the layout of the commands to suit your needs.
Every user can modify the ribbon to include or exclude function buttons.
The default ribbon tabs in Content Manager:
- Home
- Search
- View
- Manage
- Administration
To show or hide Content Manager ribbon commands, right-click in the ribbon area and select Customize the Ribbon.
Choose commands from: Use this list of tabs, groups and commands to add to the Ribbon. Use the dropdown list to narrow the set of commands to choose from.
Customize the Ribbon: Use this list to add, remove, rename, and reorder tabs, groups and commands.
Reset - Delete all customizations and reset default settings for this program. Choose between resetting only the selected Ribbon tab or all Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar customizations.

Icon size - Show all the icons on the ribbon always large - Select to display large icons.
Getting to the commands you use the most doesn’t need to be difficult. If a frequently used command is already displayed in the ribbon, it can be added to the Quick Access Toolbar, by right-clicking the group or command in the Ribbon and clicking Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
To show or hide Quick Access toolbar commands, right-click in the ribbon area and select Customize Quick Access Toolbar.
Choose commands from: - use this list to choose groups and commands to add to the Quick Access Toolbar. Use the drop-down list to narrow the set of commands to choose from.
Show the Quick Access toolbar below the ribbon - select this option to display your Quick Access toolbar below the Content Manager ribbon. Uncheck the option to display it the Content Manager client window Title bar.
