Entering the Case Security Classifications
While the case is under investigation, use the Security Classification panel to enter security-specific features of the case.

On the Case Editor, lock the case.
- Click the Initial
icon. -
Click the Show more widget and select Initial > Security Classification.

Enter information as required by your business, based on the following guidelines:
