Getting Knowledge Base Articles

Knowledge Base articles can be associated with events, rules, or any resource. Knowledge Base articles can have links or notes to help you respond to events.

HTML-based articles are displayed on your default Web browser.

Where: Navigator > Resources > Knowledge Base > Knowledge Base Articles

To display articles from the Knowledge Base window:

Right-click an article and select Show Article.

To display articles from an active channel:

In an active channel, right-click an event and select Knowledge Base, then Show. Select KB entry for cell, KB entry for row, or KB entry for column, then the article name.

To display articles from an Event Inspector:

In the Event Inspector, right-click an event and choose Knowledge Base, then Show Article.
