Before You Begin
Before creating a new configuration, you should investigate whether you can customize the default configuration for your ITS. In many cases, the default configuration requires little or no modification before it can be used to synchronize AccuWork and your ITS issues. See Chapter 4 Customizing the Default Configuration for more information.
Copying an AccuSync™ Configuration
An alternative to customizing the default configuration is to copy it. Copying an existing configuration allows you to give it a different name and then modify its components as needed. See How to Copy an AccuSync™ Configuration for more information.
