The Search Command

The Search command in the AccuRev Diff tool or Merge tool searches for a specified character string in one of the tool’s panes -- workspace contributor (lower right), stream contributor (lower left), ancestor (center), or results (top).

Using the Search Command

To use the Search command in the Diff or Merge tool:

1.	Click the button in the Merge toolbar.

Alternative: Type Ctrl+F.

The Search dialog box appears.

2.	Type a character string in the Text to find entry field.

3.	Make sure the Direction, Window, and Case Sensitive options are set as you want them.

4.	Click the Search button.
