On the Home page, click> Analytics Servers > [server name] > Alerts.
To delete an alert from the list, select the check box for the alert, then click Acknowledge Alert(s). To remove all alerts from the list, select Severity, then click Acknowledge Alert(s).
Click Close.
(Optional) To verify that the problem has been solved, on the Home page, click Access Gateways > [server name] > Health > Update from Server.
