Frank van Baar was named Vice President of Technical Services and Business Operations at Micro Focus in July 2006.  Van Baar has more than 12 years providing technical and business operations consulting services at a wide array of organizations.  He comes to Micro Focus after successfully building his own consulting company focusing on program and temporary management.  Prior to this he spent 4 years at Chordiant Software, where he was Director of North American consulting and worldwide business operations.  Van Baar also spent 3 years as Senior Consultant and Program Manager in the CRM practice at KPMG in the Netherlands.  He holds a degree in Technical Business Administration from Twente University and an International Business Degree from Loughborough University.
